Karman Gossett is a licensed and board certified acupuncturist with over fifteen years experience in health care. Karman graduated in the top tier of her class at The Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine in Sugar Grove, NC. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is currently a Doctor of Acupuncture candidate at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, CA. In 2017, Karman was appointed by Governor Bill Haslam to serve on the Acupuncture Advisory Committee, under the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners. She proudly serves the citizens of Tennessee by ensuring the safe practice of acupuncture statewide.
For several years, Karman was a beloved and respected member of the healthcare community in the Myrtle Beach, SC area. There, she regularly collaborated with a variety of healthcare providers including medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, and counselors. Karman believes an integrated approach to patient care is essential in achieving ultimate health.
As a Tennessee native, Karman is delighted to have returned home to serve the health care needs of the community, notably Murfreesboro and surrounding areas. In addition to her work as an acupuncture physician, Karman practices Tai Chi daily, is an avid baseball fan, and has been a drummer since age 12.
