When I say I have tried everything to treat my chronic low back pain, I mean I have tried everything. Due to the urgings of friends and some family members, I decided to give acupuncture a try as a last resort before considering surgery. After the first treatment, I felt some relief but the pain returned after one day. At that point I was discouraged. Oh btw, the needles DID NOT HURT I could barely feel them. Anyway, I was discouraged afer the first treatment only lasted one day. Karman called to check on me and I admitted I was discouraged. She reminded me of our conversation when she explained the treatment process and how it could take a series of treatments to fix the problem. I trusted her and now after 8 treatments, I have only a fraction of the pain I was experiencing one month ago. I really believe I am healing!!! I am a skeptic and I just want to say that acupuncture really works!!! I am also sleeping better and the annoying ringing in my ears has gone away. As far as I am concerned, Karman is my new doctor.
